In 2003, the USRA changed to a calendar [Jan.1 - Dec.31] fiscal year; prior to that changeover, it had been on a June 1 - May 31 fiscal year. The USRA routinely files extensions with IRS, so the earliest that a new/current version of an annual Form 990 will be made public is following any/all such approved extensions.

Audited financial statements, like those which follow, are made public as soon as possible following acceptance for file by the USRA Board of Directors.
