2013 USAR OFFICIAL RULES OF RACQUETBALL
This updated rulebook contains significant changes affecting Rules 2.4(d), 3.9(g), 4.2(a), and 4.4(a). It also several clarifications from the last published version (©2007)--the most significant being to Policy A.6, plus a new policy (D) on Self-Officiating. This version also contains some new/revised IRT rules.
