Notes from Jim:  Surprises---Bolivia and Ecuador (even without Veronica) have improved tremendously.   Almost all countries are showing a great amount of improvement—the close scores and USA upsets are not because the US has declined as much as it is the other countries have improved.  The round robin scores are normally reflective of the final results—should be very close with each match very important (matches are now worth 5 points each).
